Black Box Voting was founded by Bev Harris and Associate director Kathleen Wynne. Bev Harris posted findings on her web site. A man by the name of Andy Stevenson read her reports turns out he was running for Secretary of state and contacted her. He then became her second Associate Director who later dies as you will see in this HBO special Hacking democracy.
